Today I'm doing "liquids until lunch" in hopes of clearing up some, uh, constipation issues.
Breakfast was a tall glass of wheatgrass juice. Not too bad. It filled me up, making me feel energized, but not heavy at all. A good feeling.
I went to AmazingGrass.com (the brand of wheatgrass I tried), and they have an excellent description of ph and balance restoration in the body. It really makes sense:
