hmmmm....the truth is, I wasn't too raw at the Superbowl party last night...
ate way to much spinach dip-my favorite.
Margaretta's too! and other naughty's...queso, chips, ...etc...
the good news is I did manage to eat some veggies and fruit and guacamole.
Actually I didn't eat too much bad stuff like queso...it was more to be
polite cause someone brought it over. But ya, the spinach dip was really
good and I ate more than a small portion of that.
No hangover, so I didn't drink too badly.
To be honest I got a little off track most of the weekend; eating some good stuff and salads, and light fare, but got a little offtrack. Next weekend I am throwing a 40th anniversary
party for my husbands parents and ran around all weekend doing errands for
that and the Superbowl party we hosted at our house last night too.
So need to work out extra hard this week to counter act all that dip and
stuff and get back to raw. After all these parties I really want to do some
kind of juice fast or master cleanse. Lots of "me" time too.

On another subject, my period is about to start any second. I noticed that
my PMS over the weekend was much improved over the usual. Not as moody and bloated. My breakout didn't happen. Just starting to cramp right now, otherwise I would of forgotten about it. Usually I get really bloated and moody the few days to a week before. Yaa for raw!
Now I did have some chocolate cravings on Friday, but had some raw chocolate pie from Cynthia Beavers in there. That helped a lot.

Be RAWSOME,
xoxo Punky

Isn't it funny how the busier we get the less me time we seem to have? It's like we mysteriously get pushed to the back of the line...

    EXACTLY beppa66!
and to top it off, the busier & more stressed we get the more we slip, and that's when we need it the most!!!!
