Ready Set Healthy... Day 21

Just a quickie here. I'm still at Lake Tahoe for my work retreat. I got my Tribest travel blender, makes a GREAT blender/grinder/etc., wrote a glowing review. This thing is fabulous. Makes traveling and raw food soooo easy.

I have had some non-raw food (no meat though) mixed in with my green smoothies and juice and usual salads. I'm feeling the water out for my stomach... but it's soooo cool that I have had a decent amount of cheese, a glass of wine and a beer and other non-raw things and I'm still feeling pretty good (not quite as good as usual)... still having BMs, having a not-too-bad period, no stomach ache.

I'll be going back to the usual way of eating when I get back, but I'm really finding that destressing and really not being too hard on myself affects the way I feel more than or at least as much the food I eat.

I want it all!

And I'm on my way.

All right, signing out, planning on going snowshoeing in a little while. Might go find a great place for a haircut. :)

    Hey, you do what you gotta do, my friend! And it sounds like you're doing just that! I'm glad you're not stressing, and just going with the flow. It's so easy to just "should" yourself to death....and I'm so happy that instead of "should-ing", you just ARE. Cheers to that!

    A little update: I have lots of gas and extreme discomfort at this point... a lot like right before I went raw. I should be enjoying myself completely and instead keep feeling like I might have to vomit. It's pretty awful... And we're getting ANOTHER foot of snow tonight! I must say it's a beautiful thing to see (from inside haha!)...
