So the +1 is tomorrow. Why wait?
Today I had a banana, some unmentionable cooked food, 2 red grapefruits juiced with some rejuvelac and agave, cashews, and my raw power bars.
Dinner will be a salad or burrito from Matt's book Rawvolution.
Workout today!:)
