work it work it
Having a vibrant day today.
Lots of movement activities:
- Rainbau Mars yoga dvd: "Yoga for Beauty, Dawn"
- then I did 50min. on my elliptical cardio machine
- eating a raw lunch of manicotti
(thin slices of zuchinni rolled/filled with a creamy
nut mixture & mushrooms, and topped off with a raw tomato sauce)
- lots of H20
- green tea when woke up
- dinner will be a big green salad, w/grapefruit juice as the dressing
If I keep this up I will become the vibrant glowing person
I envision myself being!
update: yes i had a lovely salad for dinner.
But also nibbled on some boiled red potatoes, with virgin olive oil
and sea salt that I made the family for dinner. So tempting!!!!
it's hard to stay 100% raw with feeding a family whom is not.
