Ready Set Healthy... Day 18

I am definitely still doing great. I changed up my skin routine to include only honey and brown sugar on my face. I'm trying to get rid of the acne scars and minimize their redness. It seems to be working, and my skin has been soooo soft!!!

I haven't been writing much because I'm trying to get ready (finishing work, preparing lessons for my substitute teachers) to go to Lake Tahoe for this work retreat. I'm going tomorrow!!!

Sunday night, I'm making dinner for everyone. It's going to be collard rollups with salmon pate and guac, stuffed portabello with guac, a nice salad (haven't thought about that part much yet)... and I'm thinking of doing alfredo too.

Do you think that's too much food??? Or a bad mix???

Oh, and I want to do the date nut torte for dessert too. :) This is gonna be fun!

HAVE FUN!!! Has the brown sugar, honey mix done anything for your scars? And how do you keep from eating it instead of using it?? :)

Justine: It has!!! And my skin is so soft... It's CRAZY how much it's done. I don't know if I should keep it up or not, but I've been wearing the mask for 20 min 2x/day then exfoliating for just a few days. My skin is glowing like crazy!!

And funny, I have had a sore throat the last several days since I was out in the snow for a long time the other night... I HAVE been eating the honey after putting it on my skin. Just not the uh same honey (I'm not licking it off my face or anything! haha)

RawWealth... If you want to fly to the "north part" of Lake Tahoe (whatever that means; I've never been there!), I would love to have you there. It might be easier and less expensive to go to a raw restaurant, though!

Star: I am soooo excited about them trying all of this food. I hope they love the date nut torte especially! :)
