Forgive me RAWther for I have sinned
I didnt eat much during the day yesterday, as I woke up late and had to grab a raw bar and a banana on the way to 4.5 hours of class, then grabbed another banana and raw bar on the way to 5 hours of volunteering at the animal shelter. When I got home, I was in the mood for SAD food. I ate some, and lots of it. My fiance was shocked.
I feel fatter today and more mucusy than usual with a little puffiness in the eyes. I'm about to go for a run with my fiance and a friend. I will have a persimmon before I go. I need to get more creative with raw so I dont get bored. I was going waay too overboard with the dates and walnuts, and when I told myself to stay away from them, I couldnt think of anything else to eat, so I ate SAD.
