school day cravings

Its only day one of school and I am experiencing those massive feelings of "eat eat eat". I dont feel tempted to eat anything SAD, as nothing would satisfy me the way I want to be satisfied, except for the damn SAD ice cream that my fiance bought. I am eating too many dates and nuts though, and since I left my scale at my mom's house, I feel unaccountable for my actions... like it doesnt matter! Ahh! I dont like this feeling! And I dont want to go out and buy a temporary scale, as it wont be tuned with mine. It'll say I'm a few lbs more or less, which is not what I want. I just need to stay focused for the week until I can go home this weekend and pick it up.

I guess if its raw, its okay, but overeating is overeating!

    Hang in there, I know it can be difficult. I agree that overeating is overeating whether raw or SAD but don't be hard on yourself it will get easier. Have you thought of some activities to do in place of the cravings?
