I'm back. I've been MIA, and I know I've come back once or twice to say that. But now I'm really back. I haven't been a good rawbie. I'd say I've been averaging 50% raw for the last 4 weeks. Well I take that back, last week I was about 75% except for the last 3 days. My husband decided to go raw. Well mostly raw. He's been about 75% raw for the last week. Except for the last 3 days. (we ran out of food and I don't have a job)

BUT he did lose 4 pounds the first week!!! That's WITH fast food in there some where once or twice. I praised him and asked him to imagine how much he'll lose if he had left that fast food out and made better choices of the non raw dinner. We'll see.

I was finally able to go to the store today. I bought some extra stuff to make a few more things for him to have for dinner. I eat very very very simply. Obviously, him being a man, he won't. Not yet. I'm sure he'll get to that point some day. I hope anyway. But its a start. I must lead by example and I haven't been very good for the last month. I haven't gained any but I've gone up and down morning and night in a four pound range. But still basically at 135.

I don't know if I came on and said that I had gotten the blockbuster job and quit. Long story, but basically I was screwed around. very unorganized too much run around. So now I'm jobless. The library position didn't happen. I filled out an app with them and gave specific hours I can work with school. They called me for an interview so I assumed they LOOKED at my app and thought the hours were okay. I waited 4 weeks for the interview. Gave an excellent interview. at the end they handed me a schedule...which rotated everyother week. half the days were during school! ummmm HELLLOOOO I TOLD YA'LL I HAVE SCHOOL!!! I was so pissed. I friggin waited this long, I quit blockbuster b/c I really thought my hours were okay for them.

Sooooo I"ve been applying EVERYWHERE. I applied at whole foods. But I really want to work at this Once Upon a Child store. they sell and buy gently used baby stuff. looks so cool!

So today is my first day back on raw. I'm very conscious of what I'm doing. in fact, I started to reach for my mother in law's oreos, then JERKED my hand back. Telling myself that I don't need that. Once I have one, it's all down hill and I've ruined a good day.

I might not be on here very often. I'm still working on my schedule of how to deal with practicing after school, job, house stuff, oh and my mom got us a puppy!!!! he's a great pyranees/lab mix. We named him Charlie. My mom will keep him at her house. She's going to pay for EVERYTHING!
I'm going to be visiting him often and bringing him home for a day visit maybe once a week... The cats need to be used to him by the time we get a house. SO I want them to see him grow up so they won't freak when they suddenly see this massive 80-100 pound dog.

Now I can finally see what this great dog park in Plano is all about!!!
