Raw Pad Thai

Rate this Entry
On my last blog, I said I was going to make the raw pad thai for dinner tonight and I did. And it is DA BOOOOOOOOOOOMB!!!

Omg,goodness this is good. The sauce although not identical is so so close and yummy in it's own right. She could have called this "Goonie goo goo sauce" and it still would have been good. No need to relate it to something known.

The only thing that would have made me enjoy this more was if the "noodles" were warm. I wonder if I heat it slightly in a steamer would it still be classified as raw? If any of you know, please fill me in.

Wish I could share the recipe but Moderaters say I can't. But if you haven't gotten Alissa's book, you're missing out.

Isn't the pad thai amazing? I wouldn't recommend steaming, the noodles are so thin and the steam is coming out at 212 degrees... too easy to cook too fast. Do you have a dehydrator? You could put them in there for a few minutes just to warm them up. Or, you could put the zucchini in warm water before slicing them up?
