stretch marks --- POOF!!

Rate this Entry
Hi all -- happy new year!! I have made a successful return from the island of puerto Rico and I am ready to jump on 2008 like never before!

new goals, new horizons, new ideas! I am soooo excited!

Went shopping today for bras and lingerie --- yay!

I am about the same cup size that I was 10 yrs ago, but the bra styles are not as elegant and simple as they once were -- everything is padded and pushup--- not what I need at all!

anyways, I have a little fashion show for hubby, and as I put on my new digs, I say Hmm...

my stretch marks are like, 80% gone! Look!! and I show hubby my "love handles" -- a lot smaller than this time last year... HUbby is AMAZED. He says, what did you do? Well, all i have been really doing is eating raw and using cocoa butter and shea butter on my skin, as well as lots of aloe vera, especially when we were in Puerto Rico..

So hubby is now Hooked, especially since we had new years eve dinner at a friends house. When he got home, he complained all evening about how bloated he felt, and how his stomach was sooo heavy and he felt tired...

and I told him that is from eating cooked food. I gave him about 6-7 papaya enzyme tablets and told him to massage his abdomen for several minutes while laying down.

that seemed to help. Not much complaining about the fridge or food anymore,

and even my request for an indoor composting pail (I want the one with the Bokashi) may get approved... ( in the meantime I have all our fruit and veggie waste in a stainless steel pot lined with newspaper -- any ideas for people without a composter who live in a snow covered city on discarding the food scraps?)

I plan on doing the master cleanse this month, but not sure when.

right now I am doing a colon cleanse with dr natura products -- I feel great :)

Hope you are all doing well. Hope to post again next Sunday.

Hi. Welcome back!! It sounds like you had a nice time. Great news on the stretch marks! Really good news!!! We need to get composting too, but for some reason the idea intimidates me a little...
