Raw Gnocchi

Words cannot describe how unbelievable these gnocchi were.... yep, that’s right, were. I left a few on the plate for Dennis to try and he freaked out. They taste exactly like gnocchi. This is one of the dishes that we ate yesterday while taking pictures for the restaurant.
