It’s been a couple of weeks since I wrote here, but I was burnt out after the Alissa Live! shoot and then things started again. The shoot went great. I’m in the editing process now.

My new web site will be up soon (just updated and reflecting all the new stuff I’m doing) so you’ll be able to see pictures form the shoot and everything soon.

Now the focus is the restaurant for the next month. The walls were just painted and the table and chairs are in so it’s starting to shape up. We’re ordering all the kitchen stuff next week. My chef is starting January 2nd and I’ve hired a few people already but now I have to really start concentrating on writing and calling people back who wanted jobs at Grezzo.

Ok, Gotta go work out.

I’m so looking forward to meeting all of you from the board who are coming to the January training in Maine! I know there are a few of you. It’s going to be a great class!

    Ok. I had to rub my eyes when I opened this blog cause I couldn't believe it was THE Alissa blogging on here! How FABULOUS!!! Congrats on all the awesome work! And I cant wait for Grezzo to open up here in Boston!
