I Screwed up!

Rate this Entry
OH my...my tummy hurts! Whine, whine, whine.

I was doing so well with the Raw Diet lately, eating well, drinking juices and smoothies, not eating cooked food.

Then I made brownies (baked kind) for Christmas, and I ended up eating three. Then I had chinese (my favorite SAD food) with my husband tonight. Now I feel like crap!

I thought being on Raw only for a short period of time, I wouldn't get the upset tummy and headache, but I think I am wrong. Talk about gas and bloating. Yuck!

I guess Raw is the way to go for me. I sure am trying, but with Christmas and all the traditions I have followed for my whole life, it is easy to slip. Yet, my body is saying to heck with tradition, I like the raw foods you were feeding me!!!

Tomorrow is another day. I'll give my body what it really wants and try to forget my old traditions, and try to come with some new ones. My brain just has to cooperate some too. I also may have to be gentle with my tummy tomorrow, and drink juices until it settles down. I can't believe I already feel this way on SAD. I guess I learned my lesson.
