I think I am a CRACK-er HEAD :))
Just took out the veggie herb crackers -- after inserting at 10pm last nite, and flipping this morning at 8:30am.. Checked on them at 8pm tonite ( 4 inches more snow to wade thru!) and all but one tray was CRISPYalllrighhhtttt!!!
took a small crispy cracker with the nutritional yeast to hubby's workspace. Hubby thought it was DELISH! Yay for good seasoning combos! Anyone know how much energy dehydrators (4tray) uses? Hubby is a little concerned... is it the equivalent of leaving a light on all day?
Anyways here's todays tally:
am:
20 min of rebounding (Forgot to put 10 min on yesterdays post!)
chocolate smoothie -- a little thicker than what I like... I think i have quenched my chocolate and cashew fix for the week..
an apple and a pear
pm:
took 4 softer veggie flax cracker squares to school with me and used them as sandwich slices for my sunny pate' and sliced avo, banana pepper, olives and tomato! Great finger food!
cup of marinated greens, with a little guac, sundried tomato, red bell peppers, and kalamata olive.
ate 1.5 small carrot-walnut burgers with my special sauce on top...
ate an apple, and sipped on some peppemint tea.
I am feeling super satisfied :) Not heavy, but just DONE, lol!
I think tomorrow will be a light day -- I've made a lot of goodies, but I feel like having some cucumber slices and fresh soups again....
