Day 25
I started the day feeling a little bit tired and sluggish...but the rest of the day has been great!! My energy (as well as positive thinking!) has been steady so far today.
Today I ate:
-smoothie: 1 lemon, 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 1/2 banana, 2 cups romaine lettuce... this was refreshing, but next time I'm just going to use half a lemon, it was a bit strong!
-3 kiwi fruit
-5 tangerines
-smoothie: 1 pear, 1/2 banana, 1 cup parsley, 1 1/2 cups sprouted blackeyed peas, 2 tbsp. flax seed
-lara bar...these things are really yummy, and all raw! It's my treat for today!
I can say that right now, today, I am in the best shape I have ever been in. My run today proved it...I keep suprising myself by outdoing what I think my "limit" is. I'm doing so well, and have much more strength, endurance, and flexibility than I did a year ago! I'm excited to run my half marathon in July...with an amazing time! :)
