What happening to this week? Time is flying..

I hired the head chef for the restaurant. He is beyond unbelievable. The end of next week I’m meeting with some servers (one of our own raw foodies from the board is coming in for an interview!) and then I’ll focus on another chef and other key people. Also meeting with this woman who does wall murals and painting. Funny, someone gave me her name and I realized we went to high school together. She wrote me back that we use to “walk the tracks to MR. Sullivan’s class.”
God, is it a small word or what??? Seems this happens daily to me lately.
Most of this week was gearing up to film my show next week. we just finished writing and production meetings and stuff like that. I was out all day today finding bowls, kitchen equipment and set design stuff. Il l be doing that all day tomorrow as well as finalizing the shopping list, prepping some of the food, like the sprouts, etc…
Jodi flies in tomorrow to help also. She’s such a whiz with food and such a trip! I met her at one of my 5 day trainings and we’ve become good friends. She’s coming to help on set and with food. I have about 5 other people coming to help prep and they’ll be there for the whole time. Some others will come and go. 10 -15 crew people, lights, camera, etc.. here’s a pix of the kitchen that we’re using. It’s gorgeous.
Ok wish me luck. I probably wont get a chance to write again until after the shoot. I'll let you know how it goes!
Oh, ya, forgot to answer you guys. I got a playmate for Rocco since you were last here Chrissy. His name is Sal (Salvatore). Yes, Cherie, his is also a labradoodle, but a mini one. They are such a riot together. We call them Mac and Mire for hire. They get into so much trouble together.
