Tomorrow's meal plan
In my new organised fashion I'll post tomorrows meal plan:
Still hardly anything in the fridge but hopefully mum will go shopping while I'm at school so there'll be stuff when I get back from school.
Breakfast: right, no fruit except apples, kiwis and oranges. And I'm allergic to kiwis and oranges. So I can't make a green smoothie I think I'll shove some apple in the dehydrator tonight and create some kind of apple-walnut mush. Sounds, erm, appealing. I will probably have a handful of greens as well, to be good.
School: this I am sorted for! Froze some carrots a while ago and defrosted them, they lost their texture so I shall make them into a soup with some avocado and stuff.
If my mum has been shopping when I get home I'll make myself a big green smoothie and sip on that throughout the evening.
If she hasn't, I'll have a glass of nut milk and a handful of greens when I get in and make a big salad for dinner I guess.
If she has been shopping, there's a recipe I really want to try for English muffins, so I might make them and stick them in the dehydrator for tomorrow's breakfast.
This situation with my boyfriend is really getting to me, we've never really argued since we've been together (over a year) until recently, and when I'm not talking to him I have no-one to talk to
