Bust-up with my boyfriend, ended up doing the whole emotional eating thing and eating some bread and cooked eggplant Wholemeal bread, at least.
I need to get more organised. So I'll start posting my meal plans to keep on track.
Tomorrow - seeing as I have hardly anything in my fridge, this will have to do:
Breakfast: green smoothie - banana and spinach.
Sipping through the day - green energy soup: avocado, spinach, leeks, adzuki sprouts and asparagus with some nori on it.
Snack - carrot sticks when I get in from school
Dinner - Nori wrap with avocado. Salad of mushrooms, peppers, leeks, kombu...
Ah, I need some motivation!
So I stuck to everything until after dinner when, as ever, I felt the need for something sweet! So I blended up some almond milk with avocado, cocoa powder, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt. It turned out like a chocolate mousse! Mmm. Then I had a spoonful of peanut butter Need to kick the habit!
