I don't know how serious your clotting is, but I experiance it too. It's VERY hard to know what is "normal" in this regard. It's not like we can completely cut out pollution and toxins on the planet to see if women have easier periods :-\
I'd say that if it's SEVERE, maybe I'd have it checked out. But other than that...

It happened to me when I was a teenager and sometimes in my 20s , my mom said it was normal. I have not had clotting or difficult periods at 100% raw, though... maybe it will stop happening soon!

Eat lots of greens (esp. GSs), cacao, unrefined sea salt, and drink water with lemon to gain back the minerals (esp. iron) your body is losing. That should help big time. I hope you feel better soon! :)

Do some research into it. I've read in the past where it can be a sign of Vitamin K deficiency, but I never tried supplementing with it. I clot also, but it hasn't been AS bad with raw. HTH!

vit k is abundant in leafy dark greens. as are minerals. if you make kale chips, fruit smoothies w/spinach, you can sneak more greens into your system w/o the yucky taste.

Thanks for the advice. It has not been that severe but i notice that when i cramp alot then go to the bathroom it seems to be a result from clotting. I just dont want that coming out of me. Sorry if this is too vulgur but sometimes the clots are thick like little slugs. If it worsens i will go to the doc but id rather not. Ill take you guys advice and do some more research on it. Thanks.
