I ended up water fasting on Tuesday and Wednesday, just didn't feel like eating. Then on Thursday I woke up in the night with a terrible migraine and knew I had to eat something to get better, despite not having an appetite. So I made myself a green smoothie and sipped bits throughout the day.

Still felt horrible this morning so ate a bit more, had some blueberries and pomegranate that my mum bought for me in the morning, then a big salad with loads of greens for lunch and some soup this evening.

As I lay in bed for most of Thursday I fell asleep and had the weirdest dream. In my dream I felt really ill (as I had that evening) and then woke up the next morning and I was suddenly 9 months pregnant and I was giving birth. I needed to talk to my boyfriend but he was in some parallel universe and I couldn't contact him. And my parents were there and they took me to the hospital and I had a baby, then I was on my bedroom floor holding it, and everyone else was gone. And then (here's the weirdest part) I woke up, and I was crouched on my bedroom floor where I had been in the dream, crying, holding my stomach. And even though it was all a dream I felt like I'd really lost a part of me. It was scary! Anyone know what this could mean?
