I can't believe its not cheese :p
Mm.. I just made some really good raw "cheese", put it on top of the Mediterranean bread with some tomato and oh my gosh, RAWGASM! haha. I measured ingredients this time in case it turned out good!
I loved the "cheese" so I thought I'd share the recipe with you all:
1/2 cup pignoli
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 small red pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
juice of 1 small lemon
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp hemp oil
1 sundried tomato, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
Whiz it all up in a blender or food processor until smooth. Dehydrate into slices if you want!
Ooh its so good :)
