week 2
School today, that means waking up at 6 to prepare foods, today I ate:
Breakfast:
Soup - 3 baby summer squash, 1 head brocoli, hemp seeds, and some flax seeds, TB of coconut oil.
early lunch:
1 lemon
salad - 2 baby boc choy, fenugreek sprouts, 1/2 C soaked walnuts.
later lunch:
salad:
romaine, 1 hass avocado, couple of walnuts, stone pressed olive oil.
Dinner:
Juice- orange beet greens, 2 celery sticks.
4 red radishes
I've been pretty tired today after hanging out in the sun for a while. It got like 80+ degress in SF today. Felt like summer. I will be going to sleep early tonight for sure.
