My food intake hasn't been, shall we say, healthy this week. Actually, that's putting it mildly.

Been dealing with assorted crises and issues, and the first thing that goes out the window (for me) is self-care. I know: Not good, and the last thing I need when the going gets tough. That's where I am right now, though.

Thankfully, have been able to attend a couple of OA meetings. They keep me from getting my head too far up my hiney, which is a good thing.

Anyway, I have some good fruit supplies so I'm going to use them up this week--even if it's between Oreos, I'm going to do it. If I can't do the taking-away part, I'll at least do the adding-on (fruit, veggies) part.

    Way to go!! I think the adding-in part is awesome and can't help but take the place at least some oreos;)
