Quick Intro
Hellllllllllllllllllllllllo Everybody,
I've been diagnosed with psoriasis, eczema, and recently rheumatoid arthritis. My wrists began to glow red, and I took a lot of time off from school to try and sort things out for myself, since I was afraid that art school would no longer be for me. I'm skeptical of the medical treatments for RA, because of my past experiences with psoriasis have never provided any sort of lasting positive results. Holistic healing seems to make a whole lot more sense to me, and it has become the main focus of my life to learn as much as I can and do it.
Initially I was just following the whole idea of the alkaline diet, I was eating lots of greens but still had some fruits and cooked beans and grains especially millet. I had some success with that, and I began to pick up some classes again at school. But I've kind of been stuck at partial success, I still had discomfort in various often random joints everyday.
Since the beginning of Nov 1st, I've decided to take the next logical step and go 100% raw according to Gabriel Cousens Phase I diet, which restricts anything thats high or even medium glycemic value, so that means almost all fruits and some veggies as well are off limits for the time being. (e.g no carrots, certain squash, etc.)
I truly believe that by going 100% raw, If I do it right, I can achieve 100% success. Thats it for now I gotta go!
