Really? I'm sure I've looked at it 100 times since 7:30 this morning. The excaliber is on it's way. It was attempted at deliver yesterday. We had it shipped to my husbands address where someone always is. and the delivery date said the 14th.
Naturally they were way prompt (excalibur website) and had it sent out with superspeed and they attempted on the 11th.

Sooooooooooooo I'm waiting. Watching the FedEx tracking details. Still says On fedex vehicle for delivery. They will probably attempt it last. as long as it comes home with my husband today. I'll get home early, prepare the tortilla chip stuff and have it waiting to put in the dehydrator the second he comes home.

Of course you know i'll get it out of the box first! duh!

He thinks it's a phase, but now maybe I'll be able to make decent stuff and he'll change his mind. I had lunch with new raw buddies a few weeks ago. One of them made this pasta. w/ zuccinhi. (sp?) and the most perfect PERFECT tasting marinara sauce to go with it. I MEAN IT WAS SOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN THE SPAGHETTI SAUCE I'M USED TO, SAD.

She's so sweet, she gave us the recipe, and she's going to make a little uncook book for us for christmas. She makes some awesome stuff. but then again she's been at it for a long time.

I can't wait to make it. My mother in law won't be too happy. The dehydrator is going to have to be where her dang toaster is. there's no way I'm putting it next to the refridgerator and stove! duh! 109 degrees only!!

if that thing has to sit on the tiny counter between those two things, all my food will be TOO hot AND who knows what the heat will do to my dehydrator. I'm going to have a talk with the hubby tonight.

Hey. I love you guys. Raw has jump started me back into the game at school AND has pushed me to stop being lazy and call some old friends.

ANDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD once I go to school full time, my mom wants to try to teach me tennis again. She tried when I was like 13 or 14. and she's tired of sitting around bored. :) yay!!!

ANNNNDDDD raw has made me want to ride my bike to my future part time job, (hoping it's close enough) instead of driving my car. EXERCISE AND saving gas.
