Today is yet another great day!!!!
My official "one week later" weigh-in has me down 5.5 lbs!!!!!!!
Nothing tops that, so I'm just going to list some of the recipes I've tried. ;)
Tomato, sundried tomatoes, basil, red pepper, garlic and some Braggs.
Slices of cucumber with a tahini dressing followed by leftover rawghetti sauce.
STUFFED GREEN PEPPER
Soaked sunflower, 1/2 onion, stick of celery, medium tomato, mustard, and salt (all chopped together).
CHOCOLATE!!!!! (directions below)
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 T. raw cocoa powder
2 T. raw agave (yes it DOES exist!)
1 tsp. vanilla
Put on wax paper in the freezer for 15 minutes!
(Or if you're putting them into foil cups, you should use a funnel or a squeeze bottle)
MAKING THE FOIL CUPS
I layered wax paper and foil and then cut them into 9 squares.
With the foil on the outside, I put them together on top of a small bottle cap and worked it around it (curling the edges out). Slide it off and voila! You can now pour your chocolate into these cute cups.
You should use a funnel or a squeeze bottle to pour the chocolate.
