This is my own 30 day challenge...plus...seeing I missed the start of the month challenge. I have done it before and felt amazing..I know I need to live this way, my health is telling me so. That's why i am doing this. My friends and family think I'm nuts (not a bad thing to be) so I figure the support I need is here with other raw foodies!
