Today I ate:
green tea
1 banana
raw pecans & goji berries while driving in the car
1/2 bottle of kombucha
2 Power Wraps by Gopal's (Nori Wrap w/sunflower seed filling & spices)
........hmm....this tasted odd...it's the Japanese flavor...I've had other flavors and liked them. It might be old. It's been in my pantry for too long).
dinner was a large salad with lettuce, tomatoes, orange segments, and avocado with a ginger-soy type dressing. Some Vietnamese spring rolls like I had on Sunday (yup we ate out again).
I've had this headache--migrain off and on for 2 days now. detox perhaps?
I felt so sick last night I had to take ibuprofen...i tried to live with it all day but finally broke down. I wish I could get rid of it without the ibuprofen.
day 3:
Oh my headache finally went away on it's own yesterday late afternoon. I didn't have to take anything again.
My husband noted that I am looking better. Firmer and happier, and how proud of me he is (ah shucks). He's a sweetheart.
It is getting easier for me to not drink alcohal and eat bad stuff. The cravings are less, plus I feel so damn good these last few days I don't want it to change.
I haven't been able to work out for the last couple of days, and I am craving that too! Miracles do happen, LOL.
what I ate:
green tea
16 oz. carrot/orange juice with a couple of tbsp. of E3Live added to it.
handful of raw pistachio nuts
handful of yacon slices
raw soup (see above pic) a.k.a."Clean Out Your Frig Soup" --turned out pretty good, soup base (blended) was 2 red bell peppers, 1 cucumber, soaked sun dried tomato and soak water, part of an onion, filtered water, celtic sea salt, squirt of agave. Avocado chunks sprinkled on top of soup.
dinner was a huge salad of romaine & spinach. tomatoes, cucumbers, avo...
yumm...
cheat: some salsa & tortilla chips, just a little though.
p.s. something did not sit with me well later in the day; I suspect the yacon slices...they were given to me. I did not feel very sexy after eating them![]()

). He's a sweetheart.
