Sunday's food; day 1 of challenge
What I ate yesterday:
16oz. carrot/orange juice from Jamba Juice (yes all raw, but not organic); I added a couple of tbsp. of E3 Live to it.
2 handfuls of goji berries
small clementines, about 2
1 avocado smashed and smeared on raw flax crackers
(ate dinner out)
had beautiful salad with mixed spring greens, tomatoes, cucumbers,
strawberries and mangos.
had vietnamese spring rolls (not all raw, but pretty close): rice paper wrapper enclosing asparagus, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, mango and a small piece of tofu).
2 small pieces of raw chocolate from oneluckyduck's valentine package
1/2 bottle of kombucha
