Well….my journey into raw has hit a few road blocks here and there….

BUT, I have to tell you about my fabulous friend Amy who is about the most supportive, creative woman I know.

I went to her home for dinner and she made an entirely raw meal!!!! Which would not be unusual under normal raw friend circumstances, but the fact that nobody who came to dinner was raw except me made it SUPER AMAZINGLY kind.

So, not only did she un-cook a meal for me, it totally ROCKED my world.

We had:

Stuffed Red Peppers
Stuffed Mushrooms
Fresh guacamole and salsa in cucumbers

AND

The yummiest cookies EVER!!!

It really was a fantastic meal…and I am so grateful to have such an amazing support system!!!
