I knew it was going to be tough yesterday and it was ... I was not prepared enough and I ate kfc in the evening. I've had so much trouble waking up this morning and I usually bounce out of bed at about 5:30 -- this morning feels like I haven't slept for weeks and I really just want to take a week of work to straighten myself out. Well that isn't going to happen!

Back on the raw today ... it's just a minor blip in the general scheme of things.

    georgina, ... sad happens. the best thing to do is pick yourself up dust off and continue towards your goals. wishing you much success! -snow (ps pack snacks ie. nuts etc...)
