Well.. I am still going strong. I do the same thing every morning. I drink a tall glass of ACV (apple cider vinegar) mixed with water.
1-2 quarts of green smoothie
a big salad
a raw entree
Some raw snacks that consist of fruit or dehydrated crackers or breads.
I know I have lost a lot of weight, but I can't say how much because I don't have a scale. I can just see it in the mirror and I am wearing smaller clothes.
