Firstly get some before piccies done in the meantime

Warwickshire tri

Secondly - make it simple - I seem to put lots of ingredients in one meal which means I end up eating the same thing over and over again - no more than three BIG ingredients in each meal

Thirdly I seem to be gravitating towards mostly fruit based meals when I sit down and think about it even the 'veg' I eat is actually fruit - don't analyse - just do

I am not making more than one batch of flax crackers a week - I DO need to ration on those - if not I end up eating WAAAAAAAY to much fibre

I met my 12 week old niece for the first time yesterday - a bit strange really because there are virtually no family bonds in my family we are seperate people and much happier for it. Stil it was nice to see her and sh didn't bawl when I picked her up - unusual for me and babies

Great pics! I LOVE your trisuit...do you mind me asking where you purchased it?

I am amazed and impressed by your ironman goal (it's even longer than the ones we have here in the states)....You GO girl! And raw, too! You CAN do it! I will be cheering you on.

I've been waffling in my decision to sign up for a local half-triathlon here in Utah...I keep using my bad knee as an excuse for not doing it . You've motivated me to reach for something BIG. Thanks! And keep RAWKIN!

slmcarte - the tri suit is worn by a bunch of people calledPirates. We all post on Runnersworld UK and happen to do triathlon. We put a kit order in once a year and this is what we wear - stands out doesn't it

There are a couple of american pirates and some in other countries it isn't a club as such we just all wear the same kit
