What a day !

Seems like it started rather early (5:30am) up and ready for action ... had to wait for my mother to sort herself out and then we took the dog for a walk to fetch milk for her morning coffee. We found LOTS of ceps and horse mushrooms on the way and came home laden!

Then we went out again and picked winter chanterelles and some odds and ends before colapsing in a heap with fresh raspberries, dates and nuts. My mother also ate some non-raw foods.

I mowed her grass and then drove home and I am really getting some cooked food cravings. I know I don't actually want cooked food ... but it feels like such a long day and it would just be easier to eat what everyone else is eating. I have pomegranires to keep my fingers busy and my sweet tooth happy!

I hope tomorrow is less craving filled.

    my land is loaded with all kinds of mushrooms i've never seen before, i wish i knew which were edible.

    See if you can get a forager to come give you sone fungi tutoring on your own land. Be careful what you eat raw as many need to be cooked to be eaten. You can always pick and sell to local restaurants/at markets :)
