Day 4 and SOOOOO sleepy
Not sure what it is but I am so tired today - slept quite well for me, exercise last night was OK but I did have to cut my third set on one exercise
Di 247 - I love avocados basically I didn't pay close enough attention when I picked it up in the morning - I love avocado and probably need to make sure i start eating then to give me energy for the training regime
lodestar - weight training rocks - i am changing shape in a good way - it does mean my weight isn't going down as fast as I would like but my clothes are getting looser
Starfire - I keep playing with the recepie every time I make them - the pesto ones were fab but I had pesto scented poops for a couple of days - OK OK shouldn't be a but really - that is quite and improvement on current poop odour
Today I am mostly grazing - on fruit and nuts both fresh and dried fruit - not interested in anything else - I have a couple of flax seed crackers left tee hee![]()
