Day 3 and the wagon rolls on

Well Well

Starfire - I beleive that there are good resons why flax seed crakers may make you constipated but that CERTAINLY isn't the case with me - although doing that particular disturbing analysis raw folks do of poops - I am now eating too much fibre so need to cut back a bit

So day three and still keeping it simple - tommorrow is pay day and the start of a new week so I will be able to be more selective about my shopping and get some more goodies in.

Tried to add an avocado to my salad today - despite it being 2 weeks over its best before date, its still rock hard so had to abandon that

Fruit for breksfast and I have my seeds and nuts for snacks and FLAX SEED CRACKERS

I have done a fair bit of training this week and I am coping well with it tonight is 20-30mins rowing and about an hour of weights and I did an hour spinning class last night

Its going OK - today is my first day without caffeine and I have a headache but not a major one as I cut back through the week and only had one cup of tea yesterday

I am looking forard to whatever tommorrow brings

You can help your avocado to get ripe by placing it in a brown paper bag. Also are you leaving it sit out on the counter? I made the mistake of puting mine in the refrigerator before it was ripe. Now if you have one that is ripe and you can't use it really soon put it in the refrigerator and it will keep longer. I also try to buy a few that are green and some that are darker. I eat a lot of avocados.
