once I pop I just can't stop

Today is my first 100% raw day of the new start and seriously once I start nibbling flax seed crackers I can't resist them

I have a basic salad for lunch -ate fruit (banana and apple) for breakfast and will have sweetcorn and almond soup for my evening meal - I have no cash for three days so I have no choice but to prepared my food from what I have around me - I will be making spinach cakes tommorrow

I have thrown some almonds, macadamia nuts, goji berries, raisin, sunnflower and pumpkin seeds etc into a snack pot - but that still doesn't overcome the draw of the FLAX SEED CRACKERS

I have alfafa, lentils and mung berans sprouting and m looking forward to making lentil burgers when they have finished sprouting. Second alfafa batch will start tonight and wheat - I fancy onion or essene bread and buckwheat - I fancy the cruncy bits you can make out of them

OK getting excited now - roll on detox
