Georgina's Raw Journey

Week Two, day one

Well here I am 20lbs lighter and with a little less body fat It's been a great week in many ways but a bit stressful in my home life. Work is a bit tough too.

I think my only real moment of weakness was seeing king prawns in the supermarket and almost tasting them as I looked at them but I didn't hover or even slow down past the shelf so I feel ok about it.

There's been half a large bar of galaxy chocolate in the fridge all week and it hasn't called to me once! I expect it won't always be this easy but I'm thankful for as many easy days as possible.

My goals for this week are to start getting my head round smoothies and suchlike, to stay raw, to take a bit more exercise and to have some fun!

    It really is a process isn't it. It's kind of like start here, add this...ok I'm still living...minus this, add this...ok still doing ok, etc. You're doing great!
    My favorite smoothie is made with fresh squeezed orange & grapefruit juice, small handful of spinach, strawberries, blackberries & pineapple. (and agave to sweeten) It's really tangy! ( :

    Thanks guys ... that smoothie sounds wonderful. I have a smoothie maker which my boyfriend just fetched back from Wales for me. I plan to get some serious smoothies down my neck this week!!!
