Road 2 Health. The journey continues.
Day 2 is a success
Today was Friday and I awoke with stomach cramps. They eased. Went on a family outing all day. Stayed on track. I was so glad and really just enjoyed the conversation and company. I really was not tempted. I just felt content.

Food-grapefruit,banana,pineapple juice
green salad. broccoli,carrots
cantaloupe,grapes,blueberries,pineapple
ceasar salad
Mood-enrgized,relaxed and not feel the need to yell.
movement-walked around shopping and beach all day
rode the carousel twice
other-great day. great weather. day three is also farmers market day. can't wait to see what they have.
