Cravings, Washing Machines and Men ....

no it's not a hankering for reruns of the Nick Kamen advert ...

The washing machine broke about three days ago and the two blokes who share the house with me didn't seem so interested in fixing it. They also didn't seem that interested in calling the landlord and getting him to fix it and nobody wanted to pay to get a repair done.

So ...

Fed up with not having any clean clothes and facing the thought of the lauderette on a busy Saturday morning ... I set about repairing it myself. How hard could it be? I dismantled the thing and cleaned some gunge out and put it all back together and it does now seem to be working again ... yay!!!

Maybe the guys would buy me a dehydrator as a thank you ???
