Didn't get a chance to blog yesterday, but I am happy to say I was raw all day ALMOST- a had a couple of organic triscuit-like crackers w/a small slice of cheese. I am trying really hard, but by the time I get home from work, I am hungry, so I screw up. Other than that, I was perfect. I had a baby coconut for dinner. And here is the good news...
I have lost 1 pound!!!
I think I am going to refrain from journaling what I ate every day. But I will say that the last two days of eating the portabella mushroom w/guacamole for lunch has been heavenly. Seriously, if you're like me and don't like the heavy nut spreads, look up other things from Alissa's cookbook to make. I know that I have to make a raw cheese and some raw crackers. Because, I seriously need cheese & crackers when I get home from work, so I think that will be my answer. I have an old-school dehydrator with no temp. dial on it, but I'm sure that I can make raw crackers with it. I tried the cheese last night, and it came out a little dry and crumbly. Probably it goes to high.![]()
