I was so inspired by everyone online yesterday and it made me feel less alone in this journey. I was all pumped to keep going... then I woke up with the same headache! I know I'm detoxing, but I hate it. I am glad though that I decided to do this before I quit working. It is a pain to get up at 4am and get out the door by 5am, especially with having to get my baby ready and make my morning smoothie (which I try to have ready to blend the night before), but this is so much better then being home with my baby and trying this. At work I only have me to worry about. Once I'm on track with this and used to it then it will be so much easier to do it with a one year old! So I'm babbling
I didn't weigh myself this morning... no time.
Food for today:
GS for breakfast: spinich, pineapple, strawberry, banana YUM!!
Big Salad for lunch (forgot the dressing )
Grapes, pear, figs, apple, and flax crackers for snacks.
My food has to last from 6am to about 6pm so I hope I brought enough!:)
