Day one
Ok I officially started yesterday. I intended on starting today, but figured what is stopping me really?? So here is what I ate
Brekkie:
4 dehydrated Apricots with a tbs of raw honey
7 almonds (I don't normally eat breakfast..so this was a good start)
Lunch:
so far..
6 strawberries
2 dh apricots
1 homemade elliebar (larabar) (I took 7 dh dates, chopped them up in the blender with 2 tbs of water, then chopped up 1/2 cup of almonds and 1/4 cup of carob mix together in a mixing bowl, shape, wrap in wax paper or saranwrap, refridge for a few hours. it made about 5 bars) They are soooooo good, and like I stated earlier I added more Almonds to the mix than dates...to kinda kill some of the sweetness.
I am probably going to make a green smoothie here in a minute..didn't make the smoothie till later and it wasn't green either it was more of a dark red..lol.
ETA the rest of todays meals...
Dinnerish:
12 oz bananna, raspberry, hempseed, soy , carob smootie (AMAZING!!)
Wonderful spinach, mushroom, strawberry, hempseed salad..no dressing.
1 pear
lots of water all day
3 dh apricots with raw honey.
