My check isn't clearing until tomorrow a.m. so no green smoothies until Wednesday. I can wait. It should be okay.
I'm gonna follow Alissa and Shazzie's advise to listen to your body...only eat when hungry.
10:30 am I went to Seattle Cafe and got myself a large salad---rommaine, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, sundried tomato, and cucumbers...with oil and vinegar. Yummy!
7:30 pm Mixed greens salad with red pepper, walnuts, sweet peas...dressing is mixed raw honey and apple cider vinegar. uhmmm uhmm good
