First post- craving cooked food.

I have been wanting to start a food diary so what better place to start. I gradually started transitioning to raw back in august and have been 90-100% raw for about 3 months now. I was doing great, feeling great, not cheating at all for a while but recently I keep cheating more often. I do well for a while and then I just cave and have a piece of bread or go out to eat with my friends and have a cooked meal and then get really sick. I have to break this. I have experienced too much healing already to not stick to this diet.

Perhaps I will do a cleansing fast or colonic to help with detox and get back on track...

I don't understand why I am so tempted lately. I didn't even crave cooked food anymore it didn't even appeal to me as food and now I feel very tempted. I mostly keep wanting breads but that is what makes me feel the worst out of anything.
