raw in college kills social life
Breakfast 7am - Banana
Snack 12pm - Apple, pear
Lunch 2pm - green smoothie (chard, baby spinach, mango, agave) SO GOOD!, 1.5 Larabars
Dinner 9pm - cooked broccoli, carrots, cucumber w/ raw hummus (my first raw recipe!), frozen mango
Workout - 40 min elliptical
I ate almost the entire bag of frozen mango today, which is only 3 servings totaling 270 calories, but still, the whole bag!
Went grocery shopping, spent way too much. This raw thing is killing me! I'm eating/spending too much!
I made the cucumber hummus, but I didn't measure anything properly and I'm not thrilled with it. It's acceptable, and will probably be better once its been in the fridge for awhile, but I'm disappointed.
I'm going to ruin the raw thing bc I'm going out-ish tonight. I'm going to try to stick to wine because somehow thats better in my mind.
I have cut out diary entirely, and it has been very limited for the past week or so and I DEFINITELY notice a difference. My face is so much less oily!
Last night I started using honey to wash my face, we'll see how that goes!
I was up all night with gas
I'm still super constipated. I thought working out would help, but all that resulted was a very embarassing/loud fart! good thing everyone (I hope!) listens to their ipods!
