Exercise Plan and Commitment
Two blogs in one day…YIKES! I think I may become addicted to blogging.![]()
I thought I should post my goals so that they are actually out there in the ether for all to see. Public commitment seems to be a pretty decent motivator. Seeing as how I am gearing up for

LW 110
CW 150
GW 120
I am only 5’2” and so my weight has always been an issue for me. I am extremely lucky in that I tend to gain weight very proportionately. So, all of me gets bigger and all of me gets smaller. Which, I have to admit is really nice. But, as I am climbing up the age ladder, I fear that will not always be the case. So, I start my new mission. To be healthier, happier, sexier and more friendly.
My exercise plan is as follows:
Monday 6:00am bike ride/or dog walk
5:30pm Pilates class at YMCA
Tuesday 6:00am bike ride/or dog walk
8:30am muscle class at YMCA
Wednesday 6:00am bike ride/or dog walk
4:30pm Pilates class at YMCA
Thursday 6:00am bike ride/or dog walk
8:30am muscle class at YMCA
Friday 6:00am bike ride/or dog walk
I have promised myself that I will stick to this as close as possible. Seeing as how getting up in the morning is my LEAST favorite thing to do ever, it will be tough. My doggies will make it easier! I will not allow my job to interfere with my health. I LOVE my job, I am lucky that I have the job I do. I am amazed that I work with some of the greatest people in the world. But, admittedly I am a workaholic and will often blow off exercise for work. This is a pattern I need to change ASAP. It is REALLY going to be hard. I have spent 30 years of my life working ALL the time. Yes, since I was 2. I admit it is an issue. I need to slow down and take care of myself for a while.
