Day 18
Last night I had the most horrible stomach muscle cramps. I woke up in the middle of the night, and I could barely stand up it hurt so bad.I ate well last night, (blended 2 cups spinach, 1 cup broccoli, 2 pears) so I don't think that had anything to do with it? Maybe I'm overdoing it with my yoga, which is really working out my stomach muscles? Anyways, the pain is gone, whatever it was.
Todays foods so far:
-pear
-smoothie: 2 cups chard, 2 peaches, 2 tbsp flax seed
-cherry tomatoes
-walnuts
-smoothie: 1 cup dandelion greens, 2 cups kale, banana
-cucumber
-broccoli
I can feel my digestion working overtime today. I thought I had done a fairly decent job with my food combining though. Maybe not.![]()
Feeling a little bit tired this afternoon...
