Road 2 Health. The journey continues.
Day 1 again - I'm improving
I do not have my book yet. It has a long journey from Maine to California. I know it is safe and in Ohio. I love ups tracking. I am so excited that it is on it's way.
I started on Monday day 1 and was feeling great. Tuesday day 2 was a big success until midmorning and a headache. By mid after noon I was curing myself with food (girlscout cookies followed by cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon).
Today is Wednesday - Day one again - How nice it is to start over.
Blood sugar-
getting more test strips today to track sugar.
Food-
eating food as it appears out of the earth. No prep, no mess, no hassle.
Nuts, seeds, banana,apple,carrrots,lettuce,celery,cucumber,toma toes,snap peas,brocolli,spinich.
Movement-
15 minute walk the dog
mood-
energized and feeling strong
other-no hunger, positive support from family.
